These documents are important to have signed by each of the actors in our film as they are proof that the cast members have agreed to being in our film by their own free will and that they are okay with being on youtube and having others watching them in our film. Before they sign the documents they must read the terms and conditions at the back of the release form, and also must have their parents or guardians sign the form as well.
